We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise a cancellation fee applies as follows:
A minimum of 14 days notice is required for storage cancellations. Otherwise, 100% of the total amount will be charged for any cancellation or change.
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid and a confirmation letter sent. Please check that all reservation details are correct and notify our Customer Service Team immediately of any changes.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. A 50% deposit (or a minimum equal to one night’s accommodation) secures your reservation, with the balance due on arrival. The same credit card used for your deposit must be presented at check-in.
When booking online you’ll be asked for your Visa or Mastercard details to pay the deposit. If your preferred dates aren’t showing online, please call us on 03 5276 1386, as not all sites are allocated to online reservations.
Deposits and balances can be paid by EFTPOS, cash or bank transfer. For bank transfers, please include your name and reservation number, a minimum $20 fee applies where a records search is required.
